Where did you hear that about Full Tilt telling their players not to play?

I doubt they need to do that, just the hassle of organising and paying for everything should be enough deterrent.

I heard it from a reliable source

The story was Full Tilt were unhappy about their stay at crown and felt they weren't treated they way they should have been and therefore withdrew their sponsorship and are advising their players not to play. But, if Crown partner with another online poker room, they are pretty much forbidding their team to play.

Full Tilt also advised their players not to play any APPT events but the recent APPT Macau saw Full Tilt pros play including JJ Liu, Kenny Tran, JC Tran, Huck Seed and John Juanda.

So i guess we most likely will see them attend again . . .

Well this is most likely what helped ft make there mind up, JJ Liu was sacked by fulltilt after the appt..

JJ wasn't sacked by FT because she played at the APPT, she was sacked because she played at the APPT wearing pokerstars logo's. At least that is the story i heard.
