Sry strong my bad 4 not being clear, I read your previous posts. My statement was meant it to be this is your first reply to MY posts. I made no comment re your posts and never dissagreed with the contents.

Irish, I'm not referring to EVERYONE, never said that at all. But there are some brain dead replies of abuse. How about staying on topic instead of those bozos making fun of disadvantaged people by using words like spastic & down syndrome - yeah brave boys those.

It's clear there are people who like to be abusive and think it's funny. If I don't agree with a comment I state why, so how is that attack, attack? This is a forum for comment after all. And until Danny replies it's healthy to debate.

Just because you never heard of something doesn't mean it can't happen. Don't tell me you didn't hear about the guys banned earlier this year for cheating cash game where a player took another players cards & used em? Someone called famous was involved I believe & also Eric (not Eric A). Yep cheating happens even if your friends don't tell you.

Well well,another cheating secret exposed.
No matter what Danny comes back with,it is a well known fact with the professionals that,in every casino which uses the same chips for all the tournaments,chips are pocketed for the next tournament.
It allows the professional,who may be and usually is,on a string budget to get one or two free rebuys.
It is even a stronger tool for freezeouts.
Almost impossible to detect by the slack casino staff and amateur players.

You can almost add this trick as one of the tools of the trade for the Pro tournament player.If you did't know this trick,you are an amateur.

It is sad but this thread has actually taught some future tournament players another survival trick.

There is not a live casino in the world which is not a victim from this trick.

And to the guy who mentioned compensation.It is easy for the internet sites to compensate cheated players.They do it with the thiefs' money which has been confiscated.

Just an aside

I have to agree the Pros will take every advantage available. A few years ago I played the Tournament Circuit in California. Many rumors abound about pros who develop teams to pass chips around. On more than one occassion, chips were discovered in pockets and outside the tournament area (sometimes they were banned from the one casino - but never a complete poker ban).

I have spoken with many TDs and have found when the chips count is made at the end of the night, on many evenings people have walked away with large amounts of chips.

I guess the funniest thing I saw happened in a casino in Los Angeles. As a large event of series of Tournament's was about to begin, the Casino was

1) providing play tables for people to learn
2) providing satellites with obviously much smaller buyins than the Tourneys

And YES, you guessed it....Using the same exact chips that were being used for the large buyin Tournaments. Suffice to say, there were many chips missing from the play and satellite events.
