I had the same issue, and it took me 33 seconds to create a new account without said characters.

There is live chat support from the betfred webpage, plus emailing support is an option I assume you ignored? I'm just saying that asking a rep on a noticeboard is not the fastest approach.

So basically, BetFred has to be disappointed with the turnout for the freeroll. There were 57 players playing for $2000... about $35 per person. Lol. I've never seen a freeroll with that kind of outlay. As if that wasn't enough, 56 of those were total dead-money donks, making this tournament pretty much bareable, even for NLHE.

Alcoop, thinking about it afterwards, idk if I've ever seen anyone win seven consecutive all ins with a dominated ace before. That was truly remarkable. Not that you weren't getting supercoolered preflop, just saying it was kind of crazy. Grats though.

I don't think they would be dissapointed at all.

57 new players have now downloaded their software and had a look around. 8 of those people now have money on their to give their site a try.

Not to mention that the freeroll has been the talk of this website for a good 2 weeks now.

The PLO/PLO8 tables are scarce but soft. Also happy to report that the withdraw feature functions painlessly, I didn't see any hoops to jump through. Shouldn't they make people earn a certain amount of points before they cashout their freeroll winnings? Seems like that is the normal route.
