Whilst there look for the Aussie Club.Just like a pub back home, pies and beer.
Give yourself some time to visit HongKong. This place too is a must to visit.
Only about 40 minutes by boat from Macau. You can make it a day trip easily.
Transport is very cheap as is the food.
There are plenty of places to play poker.
I am not going to lead you astray by mentioning the girls.
    Have a great time.
LOL I am sure I have seen this in another post........

JK taking advantage of cut and paste..........

I am so keen to get over there one day. I know a few people have been and say that the Venetian is massive. Having only been to the Treasury and Jupiters before going to the Crown last year (First time out of QLD) I thought that place was huge... Looking forward to it some day soon....

Sea Bird,I did make a comment on Macau about six months ago.I have no idea what I wrote but I would guess that it was probably something similar.
I guess by my comments you get the idea that I like Macau and HK.

I enjoyed time in Macau but a lot of that was to do with the food. African chicken (think of it as their take on Nando's) is beautiful, Macanese snacks by way of egg tarts and pork chop buns were amazing, clams, ridiculous sized prawns and other random Asian goodies.

But Hong Kong is just an AWESOME city, ditto with what Jay said - if you want to extend your stay, Hong Kong is prob the place to do it. The good thing is though it's only a pretty snappy one hour hydrofoil ride between the two, so you can pretty much make an on the spot decision to head to Hong Kong which is what we did and gave our room to some friends.

Each part of HK has its own attractions, LKF is full of night spots and eateries (I recommend the Hong Kong brewhouse to everyone who visits and all reports have been on par with our experience) but it's not too far between all the places.

You'll have a blast anyhow. I found that even from Perth, the allowance for flights that Stars gave us was just shy of two return economy tickets for my girlfriend and I on Singapore Airlines, imho the best major airline serving the country.

And finally, welcome to the forum!

    cheers

omg Morton's steakhouse was beyond incredible. I could have just eaten their bread the entire time and been incredibly impressed. Also agree with those that suggested extending their trip to HK. I only spent half a day there but regret that it wasn't more. Almost died in my taxi to the airport though, the nutjob driver was going 180 in an 80 and then zoomed up the ramp to the airport still going 100

There are hot Asian girls in Macau yeah?

I am really struggling to see where the problem is.
