I have met a few of you at live events who were all cool and this seems like a decent forum with the usual sprinkling of tools so I decided to stop lurking and start posting.

I just won my ticket to APPT Macau - for those of you who have been before, should I extend the trip beyond 7 days? PPl have told me air is crappy etc. I don't like touristy shit really but if there is stuff to do for longer I will stay.

Also Minesony (sp?) I was staying at a house in Vegas with Vtlaxer09, who finished 4th when you won (I think?) the second chance a few weeks ago. Congrats he really nitted it up hard while you crushed

So yeah hope to meet some Aussie players here only really know Americans and Ben (bazooka87 or something think he posts here a bit)

Also re Macau is Viva Macau a flying deathtrap? It seems like their flights are substantially cheaper than anyone else's

Welcome, think I played on ur table in one of the nightly 33's on Stars a few weeks ago (?).

Dave,you will love Macau.
You will be amazed by the sheer size of the casinos there.The Venetian alone has about 800 gaming tables.
There are many Aussies working there.Most Casino managers are Aussies.
Whilst there look for the Aussie Club.Just like a pub back home,pies and beer.
Give yourself some time to visit HongKong.This place too is a must to visit.
Only about 40 minutes by boat from Macau.You can make it a day trip easily.
Transport is very cheap as is the food.
There are plenty of places to play poker.
I am not going to lead you astray by mentioning the girls.
Have a great time.
