ipoker (Titan/Betfred/ChiliPoker) has some of the softest games around - try Rakeback
888- software a bit tilting but games also very soft
ongame network - Hollywood/bwin
party poker - pnw gives you a free $50

these sites are full of euro tards and perfect for this time of night.

Stars and FTP are basically the main US sites - and because the US govt makes it extremely hard to buyin/cash out under UIEGA, the better players have remained (not to say there arent fish here), but imo (and many others) whilst the prize pools may not be as big, you will make more Final Tables on ipoker than pokerstars...
