Noticed you're playing at PKR these days.

Checked out their site and was hoping you could write up a quick review on the software from your perspective...

Do you use the emotion software?
Do other players?
Does it enhance the whole experience or do most players just ignore the option?

Danch i used PKR for about a month then uninstalled it as it was very laggy and game play was very slow to! felt like i was playing grand theft auto.

i got a fairly decent PC (1 year old), Its not tricked out with hectic graphics/sound cards or anything like that, I only use it to surf the net, Play poker & download pornography

Do you use the emotion software?

On PKR there are 5 shortcut buttons on the bottom of the screen - 4 for emotions and 1 for chip tricks.

Mine are set as thank-you, nice hand, well played and good call.

I only use them in spots where it is appropriate (for example when u might write nh in the PokerStars chatbox)

Do other players?

Some players use them on an appropriate level like I do, but some do abuse them.

If you click on someones avatar and then press the emoticon you want to use it will actually say / do the emotion to that player

I think it does enhance the whole experience of PKR because the audience that they are targeting is one from a gaming background where avatar response is so high.

If players are abusing the emotions (and there are some semi-abusive ones like LOL at someone, booing at someone etc) then you can block them.

Wonky use to play there, but I don't think he frequents there as much as on Full Tilt.

I'm currently playing mostly 10c-25c NLH with some 25c-50c NLH, but aren't going to make the full move until I've ran my initial $500 deposit up to $1500.

How about you Taylan? What stakes are you playing?
