ANZPT Perth Side events underway

Today saw the first event underway with 84 runners for the $100 rebuy Holdem event. 171 rebuys and 57 addons have created a pool in excess of $30,000.

The cash game action is excellent over here with both Pot Limit Omaha and No Limit Holdem spread nightly. Extra tables for the event will ensure lots of cash game availability all week.

Jeff Lisandro is in town for the event and some of the interstaters have arrived including ANZPT Adelaide champ Rennie Carnivale and APPT Sydney champ Aaron Benton.

Main Event numbers now 130+.

InternContinental is heaviliy booked. Email info@anzpt.com this weekend as we have a couple of rooms left in the block IN 16th OUT 22nd which close on Monday morning.

Yes Sean did a the right things to win this event. He had a practice session for holdem early on the day and also got a new pair of glasses. Congrats Sean.


Omaha Event just underway with 44 players - with $200 rehis will be a decent pool.

Another 6 entries given away in the $275 mega today.

Satellites remaining on Mon and Tues evening at $275 and last chance $550 for Wednesday evening.
