Weekly PLO Tournament at Crown

I have been made aware of aweekly PLO tournament that runs at Crown every Wednesday night. $60 buyin with a 2nd chance for another $60. I was hoping someone might be able to advise on the below questions.

How many runners does this usually get?

What time does this usually finish up?

30-40.

11:00-11:30.

Rake is $15, at 25% the rake is pretty horrendus. Not worth playing unless you are doing so for practice or fun.
