O.k so I won a US$2800 package to an ANZPT event on the 1st satellite run on Redback Poker. You can see info on this on their site

I received an email from Pierre Bush saying grats etc. email me 7days before the start of an event that you wish to use it for

So I emailed him over 2weeks about how I want to use it for ANZPT Melbourne and I have not heard back from him. I have sent many emails to him, to admin@redbackpoker.com and hell why not even support@redbackpoker.com. I have only heard back from support and they said they forwarded it to the correct department

Has anyone managed to use one of these? I'm pretty sure Ali won one, did you use it?

2+2 and many threads about this site being a scam and how they don't pay their affiliates.

Pretty over it and I would love to hear from at least someone from redback poker, even if it is to say yes we are not going to pay you this

eddy, I won a package and chose Sydney earlier in the year. They finally delivered, but it was a nervous wait.

Chris will not help you here, Pierre is your man. I have PMed his mobile phone number to you. Technically, RB aren't allowed to give you a ticket, and they will pay the entire amount into your RB account after several weeks of persistent begging.

The whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer play at RB.

I downloaded and watched the traffic over a weekend which was deadset no more 30 people on at any given time and promptly removed!
