with reduced events to put on this year given the increased length for the main event, it went as one of the least popular events.However, it is here for the Vic Champs.

Understandable, although kind of sad in a way, Stud is a great game.I know Poker in Australia isn't as huge as the US, but I think the diversity of having games like Stud, Lowball, Triple Draw all under one roof makes for a more interesting atmosphere that x number of "flop games" only differentiated by their buy-ins and subtle reworking of concepts. (eg. time and/or structure)But you have to give the public what it wants I suppose.Cheers,BJ

I agree, as much as australia is in love with Hold'em i think it would be good to see some different sorts of poker being taught @ crown, i saw razz a little while ago on espn. Even though i dont know much about it, would love to learn it. i know fulltilt spread it.Daniel

Razz is a killer game, it will drive you up the wall but you just cant get away from it if you enjoy 7 card stud.Its the same as 7 card but in reverse the aim is to get the "lowest" hand (12345) Straights and flushes dont count.I think its the most frustrating game known to man...
