Help with Poker Tracker Newbie

Just downloaded the free demo of pokertracker but need some help please. Want to check it out before buying the full version.I want to see how it works so I logged on to party poker and opened up a table then opened poker tracker and set the number of minutes between imports to 5 (is this ok?) I then selected c\program file\party poker\hand history\red rooster. (load from all text files) and clicked ok.On the next screen (auto import hand history) it comes up with timer started.The move proceesed files box is automatically checked to default to the above folder. Is this correct?After 5 minutes i have 35 hands imported.What do you do when you have finished tracking? How do you view the data collected?When i went into my c\program file\party poker\hand history\red rooster there is no data??I know these seem dumb questions but any help would be appreciated.
