What is WPPT ?

according to Jupiter's facebook page it's on again with live Satts starting Jan 13 and online on merge network (optimuspoker?).

Looks like this is has taken off like wildfire Jupiters and I'm told soon Treasury running multiple Satts for this tour, maybe they have a financial interest in this new WPPT tour ? seems odd to jump into a partnership with an "entity" that has not even successfully run 1 event yet (Goa isn't on til end of Feb) , what if it all folds before they even start ?

The WPPT will be going ahead at Jupiters in early March.

Jupiters was going to be the first event of the year but Goa has jumped in and will run a leg of the tour in Feb.

Sats for Jupiters have started with all the details on the jupiters website with Brisbane to commence very soon.

This should be a great event and I would encourage Qld poker players to support the event as there are not enough big local tourneys to attend.
