When will the Americans learn?

I am in Europe and we have a repeated problem every day.
Americans have been playing poker for 200 years and have not learnt something very simple.
They say "call" and "fold".
In Europe and Russia with various accents these two words sound very similar.Every night we have a dispute where someone thought they heard call when the other person said fold.

Why can't the Americans learn from Aussies and say "Call" and "Pass"?
You can't mistake "Pass" for "Call".

This is not the only thing the Americans got wrong.
For example their currency.
All their notes are green and of the same size.
Most stupid money in the world.
Banks have to use red colour dye to distinguish $1 notes from the $100 notes.
Tell me this is not stupid.

OK we may as well make a competition.
For the PNW reader who can write the most stupid American whatever,pastime,sport,belief,religion ,habit etc I will award 500 euros to the winner.

Another example is this.Americans have no idea of the world geography.
They all think the capital of Australia is Sydney.
They have never heard of Canberra.Even the Russians know the capital of Australia.
In America they learn the names of all the past presidents and capitals of all states but they are so up themselves they are not taught capitals of other countries.

Another one:Every one knows that all the old World Empires died because they went broke.
The Soviet Union went broke.The Roman Empire went broke.The Otoman Empire went broke etc.
When will the Americans learn?Waging wars in Iraq and Afganistan and policing the rest of the world will eventually send them broke.
Now they owe China 14 trillion dollars to keep their Empire alive.
When will they learn?Don't they read history?

Well it was in the constitution.....and a country without a constitution that lives on ( and does not get ammended ) is like a woman who never ever shaves her pubic hair......sorta gets a Ned Kelly type thing going on down there,,,,then the friction of pelvis against pelvis causes rashes,,,,sometimes tiny blisters that the chic at chemist makes out is like buying some hand cream,,,,which, incidentally, u will now need, cos your pubis is so unsightly, that not even a lazy personal grooming bitch with ned kelly type pubes will give u some weekend drunk ass action.
