Default The Corporate Machine roles on

Article in todays West Australian saying James intends to rename Burswood to Crown Perth.

does this mean that he is also rebadging Crown to Crown Melbourne? or did he do this back when the set up Crown Macau?

Anyway not much of an issue as i am sure it will all look the same but the Burswood Chips might actually be worth something to those who collect.... once they are out of circulation... I guess.

I am keeping my whales tail $1 chip just in case.

Why does the PNW regulator allow an oposing site, which is determined to destroy PNW,to advertize free of charge on PNW?
    Beats me.
James Packer wants to establish the brand name "Crown" not just in Australia but other parts of the world as well.
This crook ,chip of the old block his dad,was dealing with one of the largest Mafia groups in Moscow.
He knew they were a criminal Mafia but why would that stop him from dealing with them to build Moscow's largest casino?
The Russian government spiked his criminal activities with Crocus City Mafia when they closed all casinos.

I think there are far more damaging things to PNW than a few people advertising a rival - and quite frankly superior - site.

Most notably, the lack of any poker related information, the endless diatribes from people who no longer understand the game and the abundance of crap advertising and spam posts which go unchecked.

Couldn't agree more. Ironically it's pretty much only the spammers that post on here any more. Even Tony seems to have gone - never thought I'd see the day.

    Sorry Chromis I nearly forgot.
My club is in Moscow ,Russia.
    We play Omaha and Texas.
I also run poker in Budva ,Montenegro.Unfortunately there are not many local players. We depend a lot on tourists mainly from Italy and Serbia.

I was just about to expand to Ukraine but the government closed all casinos and poker like Russia did.
There is a good chance I will open a place in Romania soon.
You may ask why these countries.Because there is no monopoly like the ones which exist in Australia and many other countries.
Other countries just charge too much tax to make it worthwhile.
I even checked out Macau but the tax there is monstrous 60% before expenses. It would be too hard to compete with the local big casinos as the Chinese don't play poker in places where there are no other casino games.
I would come to Australia tomorrow if there was a level playing field for poker operators.
