Hi Norman,you are partly correct.Jeff started in Cosmos casino.A real Mafia casino,meaning many Mafia characters visted there.
Many of them have since passed away,either naturally or sent upstairs by fellow Mafia.Many of them played poker which at the time was Five Card Stud.
Jeff decided to expand and opened Vinco Grand and Treasure Island.
I considered this a mistake.Jef was doing well in Cosmos but when he opened the other places he spread himself too thin.
He moved a lot of his good staff to the new places and his customers were spread to three places instead of just Cosmos.
The expenses were threefold but the revenue remained much the same.
