It would be anywhere between $10 and $20 for regular 5-day shipping from Sydney to Western Australia, which I would be happy to pay.

Yes, there is an option in the Pokerstars VIP Store "Use different address". I didn't notice this until I went searching after reading your comment, that would make it a great deal easier!
