Lots of good questions there Strong Play.I'll try to be quick.About to start my drive back to Sydney to pick up two Russian girls.I rave on about Australia when in Moscow. They want to see the place so I want to show them everything from Sydney,Canberra,Wollongong and Melbourne to Adelaide.
Back To Jef.Jef is a very sharp business operator. He has involvment with many money making ventures. Some better than others.
Ever since he was 18 he has operated poker rooms and casinos in Perth,Sydney ,Moscow,Prague and other places.
I know he has had many big wins but he has had some big losses too..
To be honest, even though I admire his poker skills,I just don't know if he would have the confidence and the stamina, without the bankroll, made from non playing sources, to back him up.
If one played only on Internet,or only in rake free games,a bloke like Jef I believe could survive playing poker.Picking games and marks, one could have a skill advantage playing for cash.
Tournaments ,I believe ,is another story. The entry fees, travel and hotel costs would overcome any skill advantage a good player may have.
For example, the recently named Player of the Year,Tony Hachem ,I think.
Tony won the title after playing 8 tournaments(I think the figure is correct)and visiting many states.
Just how many other players had the fortune to be backed for entry fees and travel expenses?
Would his skill have been enough to survive and win?
How many other of his oponents had the $20,000 in entry fees and another $20,000 travel and living expenses to play in all the tournaments?
Was this an unfair advantage and does the title mean anything, with this advantage?
I am curious if many other players played in all the tournaments.
Must stop,time to drive.

You tell me how it is done. I keep saying, I don't know much about it, so I was thinking of my own setup and tried to imagine how it would be.
This is like pulling teeth. I am accused of using too many words and this is the replies I get; now that is an empty reply. How about helping me understand?

It's done like this, or some variation thereof.
YouTube - Multitabling (24 tables) on Pokerstars
well i have a pretty cheap 24" monitor ($500) and can fit 12 tables with very minimal overlap, so with 2 of these 24 tables would not be to difficult.
or you can cascade them and each time its your turn on a table, it pop's up to the front, or you can stack them, with the same pop up feature, i believe most of the tournament players on here do this (risk2duside does for sure) allowing him to have 1 stack for each site, then another for different types of tournaments (rebuys/turbos/ stuff he is deep in).
that's the beauty of technology these days, if you want to do something, there is a pretty good chance it possible.
