    Default Contacting neteller

Hi guys,I need to get in contact with neteller, but get a "this call cannot be connected" message when I try the toll free number. It is listed on the website as 00 800 7767 6343 and I have tried that as well as simply 800, and 1800.Anyone know what I am doing wrong?I have also had a deposit to neteller from my mastercard declined. Can you only deposit with visa, or is this because I am not yet certified with neteller. Thanks heaps.

I had to contact them recently, and i could not get through on the supplier numbers either. Easiest way is to use there live internet chat, or send an email to admin@neteller.com requesting someone call you.

I dunno - but buy one of those phonecards that give you 1c/minute calls and the world is toll-free.yoyo

I have previously got through on:0011 800 7767 6343(Note that the "1" from the 1-800 is dropped)If you get through it is definitely toll-free from Australia - at least it didn't appear as charged on my phone bill.

There is no such thing as 'toll free' when calling America. Toll free refers to a free call when dialled from the United States. Similarly you can not call an Australian 1800 number from anywhere in the US and not expect to be charged.
