Titan freeroll problems

It appears that those of us that signed up to Titan last year for the aussie millions freeroll, have been lost somewhere along the way. I am unable to register for the current Aussie millions freerolls. I have sent several emails and spoken to titan support this morning, and they told me i was ineligable because i had not downloaded the software through pokernews. i told them that i had signed up through the pokernetwork promotion last year, and had since been made eligable for the pokernews promotions( pointing them towards the evidence, that i had played in all the Pnews wsop freerolls held this year) They told me to contact Admin here. So, Admin, could you please look into this. I saw a mention in another post a couple of days ago of others who were unable to register, so i feel that there may be quite a few of us in the same boat here.Thanks bones

Titan are sorting this out. They are aware that Pokernetwork players do not yet have access. They say it will be sorted out in time.

Bones,I had the identical problem - cannot enter the $2000 freerolls either. So annoying.Support told me to contact Pokernews which I refused to do seeing I had played in all the other previous pokernews tourneys.Hopefully their is a solution.Titan really does irritate me sometimes.Chadry

i don't understand why people bad mouth the customer service at Titan all the time, I have honestly always found them nothing but courteous and helpful in my dealings with them. For example, yesterday when i emailed and alerted them to my problem with the PNEWS freeroll registration, they replied saying that the PNEWS freerolls were restricted tournaments, and that i was not eligable to play. I politely replied asking them to take another look at the problem as i believed i was eligable, and if they checked their records they would see that i had played in all the PNEWS wsop freerolls. Heheh Bones, looks like they hire from the same Special School my Vegas Hotel hires from.The other day, a security guard stops a friend of mine from coming up to my room. The security guard calls through to my room number and I confirm my friend is, indeed, expected. The security guard then says to me on the phone: "Hang on - I have no idea if you really are John Vincent. You'd better come down to the Lobby and show me some ID."Despite my trying to explain to him that if there was an imposter in my room, his security measures have already been breached badly, he would not budge. I had to go down to the lobby, where my ridicule of his 33 IQ was met with, "Dem's the rules. Dem's the rules." (Yes, he really did say Dem's.)Of course, this is merely one incident of the SPECIALNESS of the staff here. When I went to Mexico for a week, I booked my room for when I was returning. Upon return, they told me I had no booking, so that I needed to rebook before they could give me a room - this is at 2am in the morning after getting off the bus from Tijuana. A few days ago, when I went to pay the last couple weeks of my two month stay, they told me I'd had 3 bookings for the last fortnight and that I needed to pay for all 3 of the rooms, "as they couldn't rent out the other two rooms because they were holding them for me". They are either spastics or inbreds - I haven't decided which yet. Maybe both.yoyo

Thanks for the reply onegirlarmy, reason why I have chased this is that the last admin reply was 2 days ago. I had a similar situation occur with the Mansion freeroll last month and did get sorted out in enough time.
