There's been a couple of posts mentioning this book and how nobody in Aus seems to be selling it. This does seem to be the case, however you can order it from Amazon (co.uk/com) and they'll deliver it out here for pretty fair postage. The actual book is less than A$30 on Amazon anyway, which probably works out a hell of a lot less than you'd pay for it here - even if you did find it. Got a copy delivered this morning - looks great, though it's gonna take an awful lot of reading... (670 pages)CheersDavid S
