They are right. Playing poker is legal, however its the transfer of funds which is the issue.... What they will be saying on 250 odd days time will be interesting tho......

An intelligent, calm response, as opposed to some of the hysterical utterances of the likes of Party. Of course time will tell as to whether fulltilt are right and will be able to continue business as usual. We all hope this will be case. But certainly I can't see any benefit in hitting all the panic buttons as Party seemed to do, particularly given the bill hasn't even been signed through yet...

I think there is a lot more to Party's move. As someone said in another thread, for them to fight the law they must first be seen to be complying with it.
