    Just wondering if anyone knows of any website hosts with easy to use (noob friendly) site builders.

    "Google Sites" would seem to be an easy option; similarly, Blogger.com if you want a blog.

    Have decided to go with Godaddy.com to host, they have some site builders on there as well.
