Default Attn: Sky Ngger, Scooter, Scuter, yoyo

There has been some talk of late of a comeback of the mighty writer known as yoyo! I tried to bring back one of his greatest (and easily the longest) posts yesterday but it seems archived posts can only be viewed as unreadable blocks of text.

So, Sky Ngger (if that is your real name), do the site a favour and see if you can drag yourself away from your online slots career & channel some yoyo or scooter brilliance for us mere mortals...

If not, maybe I could start some thread espousing the merits of organised religion, paedophilia jokes or how the Gilmore Girls saved my life to entice the elusive one to post more.

    You know you want to!

    Perhaps.

When I finish the appropriate period of mourning for the development of this moment which occurred in front of my eyes which were watching the TV.

I calmly swore. A couple three times.

And then I wept. By the rivers of Babylon.

Sebastian Vettel is a douche bag, I watched this unfold and couldn't believe that he would swing out right the way he did when trying to pass..

Lol, what goes around comes around, imo.

While Webber is being unfairly treated at the moment by Red Bull, and Vettel is so obviously the golden child. Webber has hardly been innocent of any rash and stupid moves during his previous career as an also-ran. Just this season, In the Australian GP, he cost Hamilton a place by being a dick.

I have a little sympathy for Webber over this, but not a lot. He should just be thankful he is in the best car for a change.

sorry renzo i respect most of your posts but you dont know much about F1 if you think Vettel is at fault here. Hamilton same situation same corner as webber knew what to do and won the race.

Lol, While I don't feel that sorry for Webber due to some of his previous moves (F1's equiv of a donk spewing his chips) there is no way at all that he was at fault for the crash. Vettel is clearly 100% to blame.

The problem in the Red Bull camp however is that Webber was not expected to be quicker than Vettel and certainly not expected to win races. Webber is now in the doghouse because he was supposed to let Vettel through, after all Vettel is the golden child of Red Bull. There are rumours that Webber was told to conserve fuel and slow down on the lap that Vettel went for him, almost as if Red Bull planned to put Vettel in front. Most of the Journo's seem to think there is a lot of truth in that. Hence why Vettel was so angry after the crash.

Webber did nothing wrong at all, he kept his line and defended but it was Vettel who steered into him.

    lol

The adviser of the Red Bull Racing Helmut Marko says that Mark Webber is to blame for the crash.
Team principal Christian Horner blamed both drivers for the shunt, believing Webber should have given Vettel room, and accusing the 22-year-old German of turning in too aggressively.
"We were fighting for the lead, so I stayed tight to ensure he'd be on the dirty side of the track as we approached the braking area. I was holding my line and he came across on me.” Mark Webber

what was Vettel to do remain in the dirt and spin out? Vettel was in front and Webber paid the price for not yielding.

Bottom line, imo, is that if they weren't teammates, it would 100% be Vettel's fault. He turned into Webber. If they were from different teams, it would not be questioned as to fault.

As a team, the element of fault could go either way depending on perspective.
