not sure I get those hands but WD Sal, good start to things for the Aussies.

Stars have really boong'd this up nicely, restarting tourneys was a mistake, they really have no leg to stand on whichever side is being argued against them now.
Seriously rickwaa be more of a loser.

agree with all of this, nice work Sal. Big day for Aussie in WCOOP, hopefully someone will win the 1k tomorrow too.

Also unlucky to Julian "Intimad8or32" Cohen who bubbled the FT that Sal ran 3rd in.

FWIW I got all my buyins back within 10 hours of sending the email.

Server crashes are just a fact of life, there is no fair way to deal with them. Mass refunds are difficult to complain about though? Seems like they try to do the right thing.

You should have gotten a reply like:

We will be considering refunds for affected players. If you
believe you were affected by this issue, please email us with the following
    subject line:

    "REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID"

Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.

    For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"

For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional
    tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:

    T#123456780, $20 + 2
    T#123456781, $10 + 1,
    T#123456782, $50 + 5
    etc.

Followed by one saying they will process all requests within 72 hours. Probably SNE and SN players get priority (as they should).

Got that email on the day & replied. Received the letter back from support saying it had been forwarded to the "refunds team" letting me know they will respond ASAP & that my patience is appreciated. This was on 6/9/11. Six days later and more emails asking them whats going on I just get back "your requst has been transferred please be patient" etc etc.

Seriously with losing money on full tilt & my pure hatred for pokerstars all I need is for something to happen at Party and they can stick their whole online poker thing up their coits. Bring on a properly regulated online poker site the sooner the better. I'd be willing to pay a little more rake just not to deal with these cretins.
