Re: College Football
3-0 so far this season looking to keep the streak alive.
Betting Missouri -7.5 @ Nevada.
The 3-0 Missouri Tigers face off with the 0-2 Nevada (Reno) Wolfpack.
Watched Nevada play at Notre Dame and their defensive backs were burned by the Irish's quality. Missouri despite their graduations last year compose a very good passing attack.
Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert has completed 62/91 passes for 747 yards, eight touchdowns and no interceptions so far this season. The Tigers were very impressive in a season opening win at Illinois 37-9, before a slight let down against Bowling Green at home. They backed that up by smacking FCS school Furman last week.
Nevada's pass offence has been poor so far this year, with them relying on the run to get the yards. Missouri has so far stepped up well to stop the run.
The only thing going in Nevada's favour I believe is this will be their home opener for the year and they play well at home. Other than that Missouri has the edge in every facet of the game.
The line opened at 7 in some places and is already out to 7.5. This game is Saturday Morning Australian time.
I also like (but prob won't be betting) Florida St -14.5 over South Florida (South Florida just had their starting QB go down with a season ender during the week).
