Default EPL Multi Bets

Interested to know if anyone regularly dabbles in EPL betting. I whack on a 5 leg multi each week (usually for the Saturday games); had some success last season, hoping for some more this time out.

Here's one I have punted on for tonight...

Man City to beat Arsenal at home (was the better value at $2.85 than Arsenal)
Draw between Blackburn and Wolves (both sides look like they are in for a struggle this season)
Chelsea to beat Stoke away
Liverpool to beat Burnley away (though given Burnley put the sword to Man U and Everton already doesn't fill me with a huge amount of confidence)
Draw between Portsmouth and Bolton (this looks the very definition of a stalemate - no doubt I'll be wrong!)

At the price of $49.64 - can't say I'm all that confident

Bad luck on the two draws. The MC/Arsenal game was on at the pub and was entertaining.

I had money on Tottenham to lead at half-time and lose to MU, but MU equalised too early and fcuked that over quick.

Might start doing cheap multi's soon for some fun, post yours earlier in the week and I might jump on bandwagon/or start frieindly competition.

yeah lets get this thing going
I am nitty though - I have a 4max multi going each week (sometimes 2) - only pick home teams (in very rare circumstances I'll let this rule pass)

I also have something on every 3x of the 4 so that if 1 fucks up I almost get money back generally.

As someone that has in the past studied sports markets mostly major soccer leagues I can truly say that multis are terrible.... money would be better spent on blackjack (Obv sooooo neg).... better to use a X% weekly system where you say pick 5 selections put 20% of your "bank" or "roll" on each and revaluate your roll every week... of course if you are losing player this wont help you but its a good higher risk way to make money without subjecting yourself to rediculous edges of multis....

Typically I pop the multi's on after I get hold of the team news via the web on Saturday afternoon or evening, but will do my best.

I'm leaning towards a 6 leg multi this week, as there looks to be some relatively easy picks, and I'm going to throw in one big upset that goes against everything I stand for;

Looking to take Arsenal, Chelsea, Villa and Everton to win at home; Liverpool away, and Man City to beat Man Utd away (even typing that makes me a little ill but they are big odds which are juicy enough to take). Current odds at around 35/1. May leave Everton out, as they are struggling somewhat, wihch would leave a price of around 20/1.

Just read that his 3 match ban does indeed start with this weekend's game. Funnily enough, I don't see that as being a big an issue as one might think. If there is one thing City has, it is scoring options. In fact, his suspension should lengthen City's odds.

But yes, he is a tard. He also still has to answer his improper conduct charge for inciting the Arsenal fans after he scored.

LOL Choppa, City have NO scoring options for this match.

Adebayor OUT, and to quote the Herald Sun today, p. 101 - "Robinho, Santa Cruz and Benjani... are all injured and Carlos Tevez is rated extremely doubtful to face his club.

Bellamy is the only fit striker they have. Which is hilarious after they pillaged and bought every top striker they could find in the transfer season.

Man United 2 - 0

Well, I hadn't checked on the others then had I?
Make City 10-1+ then; United to spank them.
And this is why I don't usually discuss multi action until I read up on the latest team news a couple of hours or so before start time.

No probs, City might still pull it off. They have a strong defence, but their attack is ruined for this game.

Arsenal v Wigan Athletic 1.25
Bolton v Stoke City 2.10
Aston Villa v Portsmouth 1.40
Hull City v Birmingham City Draw 3.20

Multibet Odds @ 11.76

Morecambe v Notts County 1.87
Bristol City v Scunthorpe 1.77
Cardiff City v Queens Park Rangers 1.90
Everton v Blackburn Rovers 1.77

Multibet Odds @ 11.13
