I think we have to set up a league first before you can set up your team (Not Sure) -

If it is going to happen (ie close to 16 entrants by end of the week) - someone can set up a league - but we need confirmation of entry fee... - $50-$100 seems about fair

cliff notes

you pick a dream team subject to salary cap
players score points as per their official stats
everyone on the league plays each other once from rds 4-18 with finals for rd 19-22
