Melbourne cup

Hey guys, there was a post last year I think with some guidelines for betting on the cup which I used for great success. I have been trolling through posts all morning trying to find it with no luck. It was great for eliminating runners from the field by age and a couple of other factors
If anyone can dig it up or remembers it please lead me in the right direction.

A simple Melb Cup plan from Practical Punting Magazine i have used since 1986 came up with exactly your top 6

Rules were

1. Nothing over 20/1 - although I allowed Leica Ding at 21/1 todays paper
2. Must have run 1-4 in a Vic Group or listed Race 2400m or longer during Oct/Nov
3. Doesnt have to have raced over 3200 but if it has before must have have finished in the first 5 in those 3200 races
4. Delete 3 year olds and any 7 or over
