Are you ignorant to what multi accounting/account sharing is or do you just not give a f#%k?

I am aware of your past posts threatening violence and in no way do i wish to get stabbed in the face However, i think it would be good for you to clear your true thoughts on this up for people to better understand how you roll.

Yes, but it should be obvious that if you were being investigated for tax fraud and they look at this 'record' of sale they will be very curious as to why it was created after the event. It looks more like money laundering that not having a record would. If you need to prove a verbal agreement to the government, write up a statement and have all parties sign and date it with witnesses.

It should also be clear that posting up events you have cashed in is quite definately 'gaming' the system as doing so improves your stats. You are mis-representing yourself to the other users. If this were allowed people could start off by back-posting all of their cashes over the last year and simply represent themselves as someone who cashed 100% of the time whenever they posted shares...

all fair points, I never tried denying the event was posted after the commencement im merely putting out there my reasons for doing it.
As for the record keeping im very familiar with a stat dec the day they went from free to $2.50 each was indded a sad day for me. What i did was dumb, but there was no intention to be dishonest and no one apart from myself was adversely affected by it, i will put my hand up for that, but there issue was with the current event not with what i have posted in the past

The violence thing to clear it up was a series of events that rolled into each other and snowballed it is yet to be resolved hopefully we can do so over the weekend,
as for the multi accounting it was just a case of waking auto logging on and playing or the computer was already logged on at the time, nothing malicous to it just what happens sometimes when you share a computer it only happened a few times but it id happen. I hope that is cleared up

I am interested why you would want a record for the taxman to substantiate your bank balance? If I was the ATO I would suggest that by obtaining 'investors' you are conducting a business and therefore your income is taxable. Are you being investigated (if I may ask)? And if so, what is their view of you being staked.

I know the tax argument has been well discussed/argued on this forum, however not with the view of staking arrangements.

It would be interesting to hear the views of other stakers/stakees regarding this.
