Swapping action late in tourneys, buying action

Just wondering what is standard for swapping action late on in tourneys and how it affects backers.

Lets say i buy a 10% piece of someone who has sold 50% of their action (not in a staking deal per-se just selling bits).

This person (person A) goes deep and swaps 10% with person B (also deep).

Person A (the person i staked) cashes for 110K and person b cashes for 10K

How much will i get? 11K or 9K? Basically asking if the swap is from the players own percentage or part of our overall percent.

Is it dependant on an agreement before hand? Just wondering what is standard here as i intend on buying a bit of AM action.

You would probably make an arrangement one way or the other to clarify so both parties are on the same page when you're making the deal right?

Standard would be 11k though in a vacuum swaps are of total action unless stated otherwise by default

On this subject- I heard a funny story on a 2+2 podcast.

A guy was in the toilets at a big tournament series and overheard 2 well known players chatting at the trough during a break in one of the events (they were named but I can't remember who they were).

They were both talking about the tournament, their stack sizes etc and decided to swap 10% of eachother.

The guy left the bathroom and looked the players up. Turns out 1 of them busted out a couple of hours before and the other guy didn't even register in the event!!

I supposed if swapping % you might want to conduct a little research before you commit....
