A couple of things to consider
1 - Even with paulson chips there are a variety of styles, molds, inlays and 'feel'. I would always suggest buying a sample set first to see if you like them. The particular chips you link are quite nice but they have a smooth inlay, some prefer a textured inlay, its all about personal preference but its better to spend $20 and find out you dont like them rather than spending $1500
2 - There are a variety of casino and non casino chips out there. Paulson have made both styles for the home market and for casinos, spike rightly mentions that the PNY (president new york) chips were made for a real casino but the owners couldnt get a casino lisence, the chips were already made and so were sold to the home market. Some people play with 'live chips', chips that you could go to the casino right now and cash them in, but can be pretty expensive and hard to get unless you live next to the casino and they dont mind you walking home with their chips
3 - Having low denomination games can make it difficult to find a set of chips that matches your game. A game I went to a few weeks ago used these chips as they play 5c/10c blinds and they worked really well

4 - Samples, I mention them before but I will say it again, get samples, you never know what you will love and what you will hate and unless you are rich and can throw $$$ down the toilet you dont want to buy a set that there is something about them you just dont like
There are alot of nice chips out there from closed casinos, to live casinos to casinos that never opened to home market chips semi custom paulsons, custom ASM or even custom BCC chips. They all have a different feel, sound, textures, inlays, weights and even different diameters.
Good luck in your search
