Hey guys,

There's plenty of Aussies in Vegas town with lots of arrivals this week, including 31 APL qualifiers who are ready to hit the Main Event.

With so many Aussies playing we'd love to provide some updates on everyone, but we'll need your help. Needle/haystack. These rooms are massive and there's only a few of us Aussies here, so we'll need your help. If you're playing in the Main Event then let us know where you are sitting and we'll try to swing by and grab an update. Otherwise you can post updates here, tweet, PM, email info@pokernetwork.com or SMS one of us here (PM us for phone #) so we can stay up to date with your progress. Good or bad. Double ups or bustouts.

Most of you know us, but if not, just swing by one of the PokerNews desks and ask one of the guys for Tim or Heath and they can send us a Skype message. Also there's Kirsty, Sean and Lynn roaming around the Rio, so feel free to stop them and let any of us know how you are doing.

We'd love to see some Aussies go deep, so that this thread can become one of the greatest gogogogogogo threads of all time!

ace-medium on ace-high flops is the nuts

open jamming for 8k with pocket nines

ai with 77 on T98 board

dude shoves all in with KQ with no pair, no draw on 9-high board into set of nines

it's like 2006 all over again! seriously considering selling some non-vital organs to play this thing

haven't heard any official number yet. should find out in about 30 mins as registration is now closed. they started with 18 tables in the pavillion room but they broke quickly. all tables are also nine-handed now.
