Aussie Millions Satellites Running Now at Bwin Poker

The 2011 Aussie Millions is only a couple of months away and the time to qualify is now if you want to be there in the field of Australia’s premier poker tournament.
As well as the various live satellites taking place throughout Australia at the moment, there is also an extensive schedule of online satellites taking place across many of the biggest rooms online. It is pleasing to be able to announce that Bwin Poker is back on board to send a full team of qualifiers to Crown Casino with $15,000 packages.
The black and gold of the Bwin qualifiers have had good success in the tournament in the past, amassing a collective profit of over $250,000. Jens ‘kirb18x’ Kerper turned his Bwin satellite into a final table appearance, finishing 10th for a $100,000 payday.
This year it could be your turn. Sub-satellites start at just $1 to enter and are going now. There will be daily sub-satellites at various buy-ins qualifying a final that will run weekly up until mid-November, when it will run twice weekly through to Boxing Day. All of the finals guarantee at least one $15,000 package, with any excess funds not making up a full package distributed as per Bwin’s standard payout procedures.
All Bwin packages include a $10,500 Main Event entry, accommodation and $2,500 cash deposited into your Bwin account for expenses. Best of all given that your flight is likely to cost around $400 return, that extra cash gets you an entry into one of the great lead up events on the Aussie Millions schedule or more cash to spend at one of Melbourne’s other attractions.
You can find the satellites by logging into Bwin Poker and click "Scheduled tournaments" in the lobby. Find the "Aussie Millions qualifiers" in the tournament list and register to get in on the action, from there ship the thing and we’ll be partying with you at the 2011 Aussie Millions Poker Championship.
