The Prague leg of the World Poker Tour is due to kick off at the Kings Casino, inside the five-star Corinthia Hotel, on Dec. 3 and should attract some of the very best poker players from around the world descend on the Czech capital.

Last year’s WPT Prague Main Event saw 571 players buy-in making it the best attended European-based WPT event in the tour’s long history and this year they want to make it even larger. Instead of two starting flights there will be three, and like most WPT events you will be able to re-enter on Day 1b and Day 1c should you be eliminated. Plus there will be a special freeroll made available for anyone who busts out during Day 1a.

Buy into Day 1a and bust out before the close of play and you will be eligible to play in a special Day 1b freeroll where one in 11 people will win a seat to Day 1c! All you have to do is head to the cage and register for the Day 1b freeroll, it is as simple as that.

The WPT Prague Main Event is part of the eagerly anticipated Prague Poker Festival that will feature, amongst other events, The World Sit ‘n’ Go Masters, the 888 Bounty, the PokerStars EPT Prague Main Event and the GSOP Live Prague Main Event meaning you will have the opportunity to compete in a whole host of first rate poker tournaments over the space of a two-week period.

Sandwiched between all the poker action is the inaugural Mind Sports festival that will feature household favourites such as scrabble, e-sports like Counterstrike, bridge, backgammon and even risk! If you think you’re good enough to win money at any of these games why not head to Prague in December and play against your fellow Mind Sports lovers?!
