In part 1 of our exclusive four-part interview with infamous poker payment processor, Chad Elie, Elie discusses how relieved he is to be out of prison, how he got introduced in to the world of payment processing and how it's undoubtedly a shady industry.

Elie, was indicted along with ten other men on April 15, 2011 as part of what is now known as the Black Friday indictments. Although he was adamant about fighting the indictment, Elie eventually pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit bank fraud and operating an illegal gambling business in the United States and served a five month prison sentence. Prior to serving his time, Elie opened up to the poker community through his twitter account @BlackFridayChad and has been eager to shed light on the poker payment processing industry.
