The 22nd installment of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series continued Thursday with two more events on the 38-tournament schedule. Day 5 action included the lowest buy-in event of the series, a $100 no-limit hold'em tournament that attracted 1,429 players to smash the $100,000 guarantee.
The winner of that event was "poolepit" who collected a $22,754 top prize after agreeing to a heads-up deal with "SHALOU_22." The biggest name at the final table was Steve "HR_Dub" Williams, who finished sixth for $5,573.
Event #13 was a $216 seven-card stud hi/lo event that attracted 205 players. Top online grinders David "betudontbet" Emmons and Dylan "InvisibleEnigma" Linde managed to reach the final table, but it was "MondSpieler" who finished on top for $11,275.
Germany's "keinebeine" led the FTOPS XXII Leader board for three consecutive days, but he was replaced on Thursday following the conclusion of Event #13. "Isinm2006" finished ninth in that event and claimed the top overall position with 439 points. "Keinebeine" now sits in second with 346 points, and Karolis "karolis666" Grybauskas is third with 325. Others in contention for the $11,000 leaderboard prize are Tom "hitthehole" Middleton (261 points), Griffin "Flush_Entity" Benger (247) and Jordan "Jymaster11" Young (245).
