Full Tilt Introduce Rush Poker!

Always at the forefront of poker development, Full Tilt Poker has announced the arrival of their revolutionary new poker format called Rush Poker!

This ground-breaking new poker format is the ultimate high-speed poker experience designed to minimise wait time between hands and keep players in action at all times – and is without doubt the world’s fastest poker game.

In a Rush Poker game, players are dealt up to four times more hands per hour than they would receive in standard ring-game play. Unlike standard ring-games where players join one table and face the same opponents every hand, Rush Poker games have a large player pool spread across multiple tables. When a player folds their hand they are immediately moved to another table with different opponents for the next hand.

If you thought that Rush Poker wasn’t fast enough, the game also features a Quick Fold button; which allows players to fold their hand, and move to another table, before it’s their turn to act.

“Rush Poker is the greatest innovation in online poker since poker started on the Internet,” said 2000 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion and Team Full Tilt member Chris Ferguson. “Rush Poker is an amazingly fast-paced game. You always have a decision to make; you’re never waiting for other players to finish the hand.”

Currently – with patent pending – Full Tilt Poker are trialling Rush Poker at four limits of $0.05-$0.10, $0.10-$0.25, $0.25-50 and $0.50-$1.00. This however hasn’t stopped Howard Lederer, Andy Bloch and even Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan sitting down and giving the concept a good try out.

Although first spoken twenty-four years ago, a line from the move Top Gun is very applicable to Rush Poker, “I feel the need . . . the need for speed!”

If you too replicate Maverick’s feelings, then download Full Tilt Poker and start playing the revolutionary high-speed poker format that is surely going to change the online poker world in 2010!
