Joe Hachem and Shane Warne Charity Poker Tournament Returns to Crown

The Shane Warne Foundation is proud to announce that Sunday the 31st of October will bring the 4th Annual Joe Hachem and Shane Warne Charity Poker Tournament back to the Crown Casino in Melbourne.

With each table featuring at least one celebrity player, great prizes and an expected field of 500 players this event is sure to be a lot of fun and a rousing success!

Last year’s field gave punters a chance to clash horns at the felt with the like of Hamish Blake and Andy Lee, Peter Hellier, Michael Clarke, Jason Akermanis and Michael Parkinson. Not to mention a chance to play with two world champions in Joe Hachem and Shane Warne.

Entry for the tournament will be $1,000 with $500 rebuys and will feature great prizes:

1st Prize: High Rollers Package including entry into the main event at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, return airfares and accommodation.

2nd Prize: Aussie Millions Package including entry into the main event of Crown Casino’s Aussie Millions, including flights from home state (if required) and accommodation at Crown.

3rd Prize: Entry into the ANZPT Melbourne Event

4th-20th Prize: Tournament entry packages including events at the future Melbourne and Victorian Poker Championships and 2011 Aussie Millions entries.

All funds raised will go to the Shane Warne Foundation which is a charitable organization that has for years raised money to help enrich the lives of underprivileged and seriously ill children in Australia and with your help will continue to do so now and in the future!
