The PokerNews cup has taken the high ground with the next scheduled event to be held at a luxury ski resort in the Austrian Alps in Sallbach-Hinterglemm, a very popular tourist destination.

The 2009 PokerNews Cup Alpine will have a schedule of eight events running across March, 2009 21-28, featuring a €10,100 High Rollers Event filled with all of The G's best mates, plus a €1,500 Main Event set to draw some of Europe's finest.
Players will enjoy great resort facilities and scenery including unparalleled vies of Central Europe.
