This week on The Poker Star the mantra of the show was “Composure” as players had to focus on maintaining their composure and avoiding the dreaded “Tilt”. The Poker Star host Joe Hachem talked to the contestants about how he battled with tilt for many years, and that when he learnt to maintain his composure it made him a better poker player and a better person.
This week’s challenge saw the contestants divided into two teams, which was a little different considering poker is rarely a tea

I agree that the tournaments are hard to follow. Also, if they hadn't been told before hand that they were to maintain composure I think it would've made for a much better episode. To be told simply to build a house of cards with music blaring in their ears we could've seen some huge flare-ups from Shane. It was a shame Ron had to go, clearly not The Poker Star but he was good value to watch.
