So after a little break from playing poker, I jumped back into some Rush Poker this week on Full Tilt. Rush Poker is poker on crack, played at warp-speed as you jump from one table to the next without a moment to catch your breath. Multiply that by four tables, and it's the illusion of utter chaos. 800 hands an hour. I played a six hour session and churned out 5,000 hands - more hands in one session than I have been able to achieve in some previous entire months.

Although my online MTT career was barely a few months old, I was looking forward to making 2011 a big year in climbing up the ranks of the Australian online poker community.

Its been a tough couple of months, getting the motivation to keep writting, studying and learning has been a problem for me the last couple of months. A failed JHDS series was also a part of those 2 months when deep on day 2 my QQ<AK for a triple chip average pot, the player who won ended up finishing 5th for 20k, fml.
My enthusiasm seems to be wavering in the face of new opportunities however i am still comitted to continue on this path.
I am looking foward to the new prospects and the future however getting to that point is a real learning curve.
