When I was young, I used to want a bicycle so very much.
I prayed. And I prayed. And I prayed again for God - in his infinite generosity - to grant me my wish.
After some weeks praying, I realised I had been quite the fool.
God does not work that way. What in God's Name had I been thinking? I knew how God worked for I had read his MO in the Bible.
Of course I went out and stole one.
And then asked him to forgive me.
