| Crockys Player predictions | 2009 01 21 02:27 am | OK we have 321 players left at the end of the three Day 1. End of Day 2 i will be surprised if there over 140 players left. By my calculations i will guess at 128 PLayers. Okay now for the hard one when will we be in the Money. Tough one but i predict Day 3 sometime after the Dinner break 15th level 2500-5000 blinds with a 500 ante. End of Day 3 45 Max players left. My guess is 42. Day 4 we must play down to Final table. I am assuming final Table = 8 pLayers. This will be a long day with with 6 levels played. I think we will get to final 8 players at level 22 12k 24k Blinds with a 4k ante. This truly is a great event with plenty of play. I just hope the poker Gods are by my side Day 2 as i will need them to survive with only 14k left i am way behind average chips. They are stopping play after 1500-3000 with a 500 ante Danny thought they would be in the money which = 48 players or less My guess is just under 60 players so put me down for 58. Dinner break will be at 6.45pm Whats your guess? |
| Crocky vs Peter Eastgate 10k Challenge | 2008 12 03 12:34 am | Here i am Star City with all the buzz and excitement of the main event. As most of you know i like to gamble on sports and Poker. If any one wants to bet on a last longer and take the 2008 WSOP champion against me i am happy to bet up to 10k max Aussie. I know what you all thinking what the hell is Crocky doing. Do i think i am more talented than Eastgate absolutely not. Would i make this bet if Eastgate was here 1 week ago absolutely not. I am happy to make this wager as Peter will have his work cut out flying in the night before a main event, from overseas. I am hoping that the jet lag factor will kick in and give me the edge. Rules. Joe Hachem or Grant levy can hold the money for both parties. If Peter doesnt play No Bet. (obviously) If both Peter and I miss the money no bet. I am playing Wednesday and will be on Table 9 if there are any takers. Now i am absolutely over the moon Peter winning the WSOP and breaking Hellmuth's record as youngest winner. If Peter makes the money it will be a huge effort and i will be the first to congratulate him. All the best to all the Aussies and hope one of us wins the big one. |
