All Aussie Adventures

It's been a busy month! With the Aussie Millions finally over, here's a quick run down on the Life's Goodness that's been going on with some great Aussie adventures ;) Anyone from Australia will recognise the title of this blog and most likely link it to the great Aussie icon, Russell Coight. I had the pleasure of meeting the man behind the character, Glenn Robbins, during the Joe Hachem & Shane Warne Celebrity Poker Challenge which kicked off the 2012 Aussie Millions. This man is hilarious!!

Happy New Year!

 The past couple of weeks have been fun-filled being summertime here in Australia. Christmas has come and gone, and so has 2011. UK, Ireland, Colombia!

 For the first time ever, the PokerStars.net LAPT has come to Colombia. I've been in Medellin for four days now, and like every other Latin American country, I absolutely love it. The people are simply the friendliest in the world and I just can't help but smile as I walk around the streets. It's such a severe contrast having come here from EPT London. I did have a great time there with an unexpected (and extremely welcomed) heat wave! Everyday was no less than 26 degrees.

The Seventh Place Finisher

What a great night I had on Sunday at Crown Casino in Melbourne for the EJ Whitten Charity Poker Tournament! It was such an impressive turnout with over 300 players doing their bit to support research for prostate cancer, including some of Australia's biggest sports stars and television personalities. With the tournament being a bit of light hearted fun for charity, I really didn't focus too hard to begin with.
