| Cash game stats? | 2011 06 03 01:14 pm | I've recently started playing more cash games after playing predominantly SNG's for the last 18 months - I'm now playing 10NL & 25NL 6max rush to try and build my BR quicker so that I can have a crack at bigger SNG/MTT games. Looking at my PT3 stats last night it reports BB/100 - what should I be aiming for, what's acceptable, etc? I've only logged 8800 hands so far so my sample size is pretty small obviously. Thanks. |
| Nit fold? | 2011 05 12 07:46 pm | This has happened a couple times now, both with AKs in position (different sessions) - i.e. I 3bet & get 4bet jammed from the blinds with a big overbet - is this a nit fold on the basis of not getting the correct odds to call? Smells like a middle pair, etc rather than QQ+, AKs on the basis that if he has a premium hand he wants me to call rather than chase me out of the pot (& therefore would have 4bet lighter)?? Rush game so no stats, reads. I predominately play SNG/MTTs. | Chasing the straight flush? | 2010 10 12 12:41 am | I pretty much knew I was against a higher flush draw against at least 1 or 2 opponents - do i nit it up & lay it down or do I chase the 1 out that would potentially triple/quadruple me up to CL? I was ~18/24. | Playing AQ in BB post flop | 2010 09 30 01:52 am | Just looking for some guidance/advice on my flop play - I thought leading out was my best play (???) to try & take down the pot, rather than checking - things get a bit tricky after that decision... Do I just cut my losses at this point and fold, assuming he hit top or middle pair? The re-raise size felt weak and I didn't think I was too far behind if he did make a pair, so I was inclined to shove??? Calling didn't seem an option as i was OOP. This is a part of my game that needs improvement, so any feedback is welcome. Thanks. |
| Aussie Millions - online sats? | 2010 08 07 09:14 pm | Do Stars or Tilt (or anyone else for that matter) normally have online satellites or steps to the main event (similar to WSOP qualifiers), etc? Thanks. |
