From pokerstove I can see that I have a 65% equity against the top 10% of hands. Is shoving 28BB the best play here? |
| Hand from the Pokernetwork Party Poker Final | 2009 12 16 09:36 am | Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 20/40 Blinds (8 handed) - Party-Poker Hand Converter from HandHistoryConverter.com MP1 (t3490) Hero (SB) (t2720) BB (t3780) MP2 (t2940) UTG+1 (t2780) CO (t2980) UTG (t2870) Button (t2440) Hero's M: 45.33 Preflop: Hero is SB with 9c, Qd 6 folds, Hero bets t80, BB calls t60 Flop: (t200) 7d, Jd, Qs (2 players) Hero bets t100, BB calls t100 Turn: (t400) As (2 players) Hero checks, BB bets t275, Hero calls t275 Tournament is winner take all. BB is Team_KB. I would usually just complete pre-flop with this type of hand, but I am trying to add more aggression to my game. 1. Is raising Q9o preflop too spewy blind vs blind (early on in the tourney) 2. With straight possible and flush draw should I be checkraising the turn? In a SNG I would have most likely just folded on the turn as there are few river cards that I would be comfortable with. |
