| Need Help On This One | 2008 08 13 03:10 pm | APL TOC 2008. Day2 Of 3 Day Event. Blinds are 700/1400 Im UTG and limp with JJ 2nd to act Makes it 4k to go. i flat call and see a 4,8,2 flop, all clubs. Im holding with J of clubs and my over pair. I bet out 8k and he raises to all in (about 30k) I have him covered but only just. I really dont want to go home and fold after umming and arhing, i put him on ak/aq with the A of clubs. I fold and show the jacks, he tells me my club draw was dead, and that it was a good fold. He later tells me he had K's with a club. Not sure i believe him. Your Thoughts? P.S He goes on to come 2nd in the tournament for 100k and i bust out in 160th, 60 places off the money. |
