Re: Andy McLEOD Makes Australian Debut 2008 10 15 07:38 amAxtually I think i read somewhere that Cardplayer did a strategy interview with him. This may be his first on camera though. |
Re: Grand Final Tickets with Tony G Poker 2008 09 25 06:22 pmah ffs another f*ckup with a PNW promotion. I too signed up yesteray excpecting to play at 8pm only to sign on at 6 to find the oturney had been running 2 hours and i'd been blinded out in 13th. Can we please keep all tourneys to stars/full tilt from now on? |
Re: JJProdigy "comes clean" 2008 09 18 10:29 amyou can get programs which supposedly block your IP address, ie PeerGuardian I know they are effective for P2P programs, but not sure the effectiveness on poker clients. |
Re: JJProdigy "comes clean" 2008 09 17 02:43 ami find it hillarious that he thinks he can discount his staking losses from the money he won illegally to find a final compensation figure. But on the ophter hand, I don't see a suitable way for him to compensate anyone a fair amount other than donating winnings to charity, do you go as far as to have his assets seized and sold off? While I think the apology might well be sincere, I don't think it goes anywhere near far enough, nor does naming of selected accounts. Surely he has records of all his accounts on PokerTracker or something? If he didn't keep a record of all of them how would he remember what to log into? I get the feeling he is only revealing information that suits him when it suits him, knowing, really, there's not much people can do about it. |
| 2008 09 15 08:39 pm not a bad start at all, pleasant host but you get her some dummy cards or a teleprompter or something? it's a little annpying seeing her look down every time she forgets a name |
re: PNW AFL Tipping Competition Freeroll 2008 09 14 09:23 pmi'm here and registered (locogreco79 is me) am considering the other option of giving you the seat and we taking 7.5% each. |
re: PNW AFL Tipping Competition Freeroll 2008 09 14 08:41 pmno offense admin, but it's promotion after promotion on this site that gets stuffed up, between leagues to tipping competitions. As many have bought up, not that it turned out relevant in the end, this freeroll was meant to be for anyone that beat Crocky in the PNW Tipping Comp. This was suddenly changed to anyone that entered the tipping comp, ok fine, but then to make us all make a bwin account (I doubt many, if any of us actually had a bwin account before now) only to have them cancel on us at the last minute. How can you not exxpect us to be nasty after c*ck up upon c*ck up on this site? That being said, I don't think any of us were particuarly nasty. that being said, I am available to play on stars within the next hour or two. |
re: PNW AFL Tipping Competition Freeroll 2008 09 14 08:10 pmNext Sunday won't be suitable as I will be interstate. I cancelled plans to play tonight, not happy at all. |
re: PNW AFL Tipping Competition Freeroll 2008 09 14 08:01 pmlet me be the first to ask when will one of these competitions be done right? |
re: PNW AFL Tipping Competition Freeroll 2008 09 12 08:16 pmbwin: muted79 tipping: muted79 |
Re: Cuban banned after kicking referee 2008 08 26 03:11 pmyeah saw it when channel 7 first aired it, what exactly did they think the ref was counting for? to kill boredom. For channel 7 commentatators to know the rules they must be widely known so he has no recourse here. Was a pretty weak kick though. |
| 2008 08 23 10:43 am played this for a while on Doyles Room when they were running play money trials of it. Fun for shits and giggles, maybe a drunken card night, but playing it for any serious money would drive you insane. |
Re: New Live Reporting Layout!! 2008 08 16 09:06 amhow about giving readers the option of whether to have newest or oldest posts first? |
APA ADELAIDE NOT GUILTY VERDICT 2008 07 15 06:55 pmwhat would really be fair is compensation for legal fees and all the property that was "stolen" in the raid, no use giving the property back, especially the laptops they would be pretty obsolete by now. |
| 2008 07 14 11:22 pm with Matusow now gone too the pros are dwindiling fast. Look like the main event may be just about the only big event at this WSOP a pro doesn't take out. |
Betrayal by Tiffany Michelle??? 2008 07 14 11:16 pmI thrid the motion, his reporting, especially in the aussies in the WSOP thread saved a lot of us sifting through pages and pages on the live reporting site to find what the aussies are doing.I also don't think the original post was that bad. He asked a legit question, thought ebtratal may have been a little strong in terms of language to use, the overall question was a legit one. |
Who do you want in the Vic Team?? 2008 07 13 12:47 amwouldn't Shane Warne be part of the team if Tony is picking them? |
| 2008 07 10 09:16 pm Tony Dunst out when his pocket 7s outflopped by pocket 4s |
| 2008 07 09 11:50 pm if this is the case perhaps karma will take its course and he'll be stuck even more after the WSOP Europe? As for it going to court, would not surprise me if one of the larger bets unds up there |
