Richomnd 2.90 v Carlton 1.40 Geelong 1.18 v Essendon 4.50 Melbourne 4.50 v Hawthorn 1.18 Sydney 2.60 v St Kilda 1.45 Brisbane 1.30 v West Coast 3.30 Port Adel 1.40 v Nth Melb 2.80 Bulldogs 1.60 v Collingwood 2.25 Fremantle 1.95 v Adelaide 1.80 Potential upsets I see are North to beat Port, - but then again I could be biassed, but I think Collingwood are a good show against the Bulldogs, the Pies will be good this year. I reckon its a close one, and only picking Collingwood because of the value at 2.25... Pretty sure Adelaide is top value at 1.80. (1.93 on Betfair) |

Both have the best home record of the last 10 weeks - syd best home record all year, and with Gold Coast out I cant see Newcastle or even Wellington winning the title. Wellington are a clear 3rd, but have a shocking away record, and if they are to get thru Newcastle, they have to play the loser of melb/syd away - win that - then play the winner of melb syd. FWIW - TAB Sportsbet have 2.70 about Sydney, and sportsbet.com have 2.50 about Melbourne. I have done this - 100 units on Syd @ 2.70 = 270 108 units on Melb @ 2.50 = 270 profit = 62 units Nice way to make 30% imo... |
| Champions League Thread 2010 | 2010 02 16 09:57 pm | Im struggling with tips - I hate backing away teams - so I reckon Laying Man Utd against AC Milan is prob one way to go. As for Lyon v Real Madrid - maybe better to watch from the sidelines. I think Real will win, but Lyon are a good side and I'm not confident. |
